That one little pound has had me smiling all morning. I did not do a very good job sticking to my plan over the holiday weekend, but I got back to it this week and that one pound is a sign that what I am doing is working. A little hiccup here and there will not derail me from reaching my goals! :)
163.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
