Spent the summer with my Mom and sister in S Africa. What can I say. A dollar goes a long way in the restaurants over there and the food is just too good... Back to daily food logging...
174.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
