Hahaha no surprise there. I am starting to feel much better, though a few more days of good sleep will help a lot I think. Both boys are back to school today so I can catch up on work and have time for a run tonight.
I need to hit the grocery store too. The spiralyzer doohickey rocks, I want to try a puttanesca I haven't had since I started low carbing. Yay for veggie pasta! I probably should be worried about my fat % dropping but hey that's what fat bombs are for.

Isn't it great??? I never thought about the curly fry thing, I wonder if I can make sweet potato curly fries??? Happy Monday!

My boys made me make sweet potato and regular curly fries 4 times this weekend lol. I ran out of oil or they would have raided the fridge for anything else they could spiral and fry. They are 5 and 7, recently gluten free so they were craving french fries anyway badly.

We are woefully low on groceries I am running off in a bit to get some more stuff to try. I just got my spiralizer last week.

Cool - I want one! But them I would want tomato sauce...too many carbs right now...if you spiral, do you just cover it in butter????

I did olive oil and herbs. I figure a wee bit of diced tomatoes wont kill my carb count if i plan for it. My son likes just butter and parmesan/asiago cheese. My other son wants a full bolognese sauce with piles of meat lol. Really you could do any pasta sauce you want. The zucchini noodles really don't contribute much flavor.

Glen, lol, its spiraled veggies that are like pasta so you can have your fave pasta dishes with much less carbs and calories.

Oh dear, I could get in trouble with one of those. I've never cared much for tomato sauces. Alfredo is my go to sauce. I want one of those doohickeys! LOL
