Taking a cue from Debbie and adding a walk per day. I will increase the distance over time. For now the walk to my favourite cafe is 2.4 miles round trip.
169.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
