Oops. I think my weight change is due to getting close to TOM and drinking less water. My lips are getting dry again. It is my habit that I drink less water when I am concentrated on something, like study and Internet. This time is study and an online group project. I really need to remind myself to drink water.

It is so strange that I feel more energy today even though I slept only three hours. I have been struggle with low energy and less focus for weeks, and increasing sleeping hours did not help. It is so bizarre. Or could it be just coincident and there is some other factor exist? I did think time to time that I felt more energy when I sleep nor more than six hours. I have lots of school works piling up and really need energy and focus. I may try reducing my sleep hours to see if it is really the case.

I did CO yesterday by mistake, so I did HCF today. I felt so good, more than ever! My shoulder is getting stronger, and doing push-up is much more easier. I feel my triceps became strong too. I like this feeling!

Tonight was really mess. This group project thing is just getting more on my nerve and stress me out. People are so irresponsible! Yet this project takes too much time. That could be another reason some members just don't want to do it. I just hate it! I wish there are more time! and can do this alone! I hope my tomorrow's weight will not be terrible...
121.0 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
