Sticking to my plan and slowly making it happen. Went on a whole lot easier than coming off. At 53 you gotta make serious choices about your health. I need to be as healthy as I can be for not only myself but for my Family as well.
141.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

And it is so important to be a role model for family— you reach a certain age and the damage is already done. An ounce of prevention is what we have to encourage those around us to consider.
