9st 11 (1.5 off at WW) The WW result may look good but given my totally uncalled for pound on last week that's a net loss of a quarter pound per week for the last two weeks, scarcely fair for the effort I've made! Racking up the bounts points though and I've ordered my first vouchers, £10 off Nando's! My home weigh in this morning I was pleased with, but as an example of perspective my elder daughter also lost a pound but was disappointed, and my other skinny daughter, who doesn't need to lose anything and isn't even trying, lost 2lb, so now we both want to kill her! And it makes our own perfectly respectable pound losses seem lamer somehow - there's just no justice in the world!! She's her father's daughter, that's for sure, he's always infuriating me with his effortless losses! Hey ho, I just have to try not to let it bug me too much/too long, and keep my eye on the prize, my goal weight by Geekfest :-)
137.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
