Pre-fast weight, it's up a bit, I am certain it's water weight gain from my over indulgence with watermelon. I'm a bit puffy under the eyes and my fingers are slightly swollen. I have only done my 12 hour nightly fast and even it got shortened one day this week as I ate after 7, but I'm pumped to start our waning gibbous moon fast, I'm starting after dinner....this ought to be fun! Ya'll have a great day!
281.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 101.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good choice Debra. Most of my life I have not eaten after dinner. Once in a while a dessert but mostly breakfast at 4-5, lunch 11-12, and dinner at 5-6. Your body needs that nighttime break from eating to properly do its cleaning and healing work.

My daughter says I am a Hedge Witch because of my home remedies LOL, so I too have all the ingredients laying around for a mystical potion to toss into the flames of a bonfire......I'd say no on the chicken chunking thing tho, sounds kinda pagan 😜

I 💜 home remedies! They are the best! 😉 I was joking about chunking chickens...lol. I love them so! I originally bought them to raise for food, but then they all got names. I can't kill anything with a name...lol. ...but we do enjoy the eggs often.

I've noticed that about myself too Morticia, I seem to coast through October-April and start pedaling madley from May-September. It must be a seasonal cycle.

@Kenna, this is something I failed to do the first time I did LCHF/Fasting, sometimes we ate as late as 9 pm. This is my third week of the nightly 12/12's I'm not (trying not) to intake anything after 7 pm or before 7 am and I am doing my morning workouts fasted...even before coffee. I'm sleeping through the nights with no bathroom interruptions, waking up alert and energized. I wake up somewhere between 5 am and 6 am after going to bed every night at 10. It seems to be giving me a general sense of well-being. Wish I had added that years ago!

Exactly Debra— I’m not hardcore either. If I want an ice cream I’ll have it, or if it is a special occasion dessert I will have a small portion. My everyday, routine HABIT, is not to eat after dinner— besides, I’m still full.

@Kenna, I wish I had that ability to have small amounts of those treats. I am a carb addict. Whole fruit does not trigger my binges, but sweet treats like cake and icecream do. I have these triggers, Sugar, bread, pasta and milk. Once I get all of that cleared from my system, I don't have the nagging craving for it.....but giving into a family/friend urge to just try one little bite, and BAM! It's on and it takes days to weeks to get the monster back under control. My binges don't know the meaning of full, there is always room for one more slice of pie, or one more little Debbie's cakes...just more, more, more. If you don't have that issue, count yourself as a blessed person.

So, it's time for my measurements, I don't know if the comment section will allow Listing things, so we will see: Neck 16 - no change Biceps 15 - down 1 inch Waist 47 - up two inches - watermelon bloat Bust 51 - Not really an increase, last week I was wearing an exercise bra that's where I got the 48 from, it was being squashed! Under-bust 42 - down 1 inch Hips 57 - down 1 inch Thighs 30 - down 1/2 inch knees 24 - down 1 inch calves 16 - down 1.5 inches I have not entered them into my spreadsheet yet, so I don't know the total inches gone, but improvement is noted. Note to self, make sure you have the same type of undergarments on each time you measure LOL! or you will get crazy readings!

So after entering it into the body tracker, that is a weekly loss of 3.5 inches in total it subtracted the corrected bust measurement and the waist increase, so that is what's left. I'll still take it!
