Well , looking alot better . Trying to keep strong and not fall of the wagon . Even thinking about what I eat . And best if all I am at last looking after me. Especially when it comes to the way I look . So keeps watching folks .
218.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
