I just checked my BMI online and I have just crossed the threshold from "Overweight" to "Normal Weight"! It doesn't mean all that much to me, but I will take it! :)
173.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
