Storms and Zenus, Thank u! I live in the desert and when weather gets 112 it's hard for me to eat...it's just to hot!

I know what you mean. I live in the south, it gets hot & HUMID here. I once visit the Mexico, even though it was hot there, it wasn't as bad. The humidity gets so high here, it's sometimes hard to breath.

Diana, I was just thinking the same thing. I'm in southern NM, so a bit cooler than you, but the heat does zap your appetite. I am switching out ice water with Himalayan salt, in place of rice & beans for dinner. 👍

Bec_ca, I made up for loss today. We left today for Northern Nevada and I had a bagel and pizza!! Yikes my carbs are all out of wack..I'll get back on track tomorrow. 💜
