Thanks for sharing Diana. Out of an abundance of caution will probably go back to fairlife. Tastes about the same to me. Do you guys not have Costco in Vegas?

YOH, I just bought a case, which isn't opened yet. I am holding off. Joe bought me Body Fortress, which have 40 grams of protein, but they are much more expensive.
Yes we have Costco but it's a bit far and Sam's is only a couple blocks from us.💜

How many calories in the body fortress? That’s one I haven’t heard of. I have such a balancing act with the low calories i am forced to adhere to daily which just sucks.

YOH, Body Fortress has 280 cals, 1.5 g fat, 2 g carbs,1 g sugar and 40 g protein! They are comparable to Premier but I think less film left in your mouth..

YOH, not 280 calories...180 calories...damn fat fingers..lol

Yikes 280 my heart stopped. Ok so 20 more than premier but 10 more grams of protein. Will probably give that a shot for my upcoming push to get more protein. Ive got one more week before that starts. Better fat fingers than fat head🤣

***If anyone has trouble looking up the Premier Protein lawsuit link I posted you can just Google Premier Protein lawsuit. Basically it states that Premier Protein Shakes have high levels of lead in their drinks. There is an active lawsuit saying Premier Protein knew this and didn't act appropriately on this information. At this time there is no active recall.

Diana what is the recipe for the peanut butter choc chip protein bars you make?

Redporch, BF is double the protein so it's a win win!👍💜💜
YIH, Protein bars are a no bake recipe. I like them but one sister says they are gross, the other sister likes them. 2 c oatmeal, 5 scoops muscle tech French vanilla protein powder, 1/4 c peanut butter, 3 Tablespoons honey or maple syrup, 4-5 dried dates, 1/4 c semi sweet chocolate chips, 1/4 c butterscotch chips, ( you can use any kind of chips) 1/3 chopped walnuts, 1Tablespoon vanilla and water. Using a ninja, blend 1/2 of oats till corse. Combine blended oats and rest of oats, protein powder, peanut butter, and honey in a large bowl. Pulse dates well with 1/4 c water, add to bowl. Add rest of ingredients and stir. Add water carefully as they will get wet fast. I usually add water a Tablespoon at a time, then stir to get good consistency. Use a medium scooper and place on wax paper lined baking sheet. Let dry for about 1)2 he and then place in a ziplock bag. They freeze well.

YOH, Supposed to say let dry on baking sheet for about 1/2 hour. Keep refrigerated. I usually keep a few in fridge and freeze the rest.

How many servings to get the calories you mentioned?
Will be trying this. Look at you—-filling my pantry with new things😂. We make a no bake from “it’s a big mans world” and they are chocolate mint. Made with prot powder, oatmeal, maple syrup almond butter and mint extract. They are pretty good.

YOH, they should make about 25-32 depending on how full you make the scooper. I put all ingredients in cookbook section of FS and that's what it calculated. I was surprised as I thought they were around 75 cals, which is still low. They aren't that big but they sure help when I have a sweet tooth!
