ate crap the last 2 days. dont have my kids for the next week, so I'll really be able to focus on all things healthy
117.8 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'll be honest. i hate watermelon. haha i like the inch near the rind and thats about it.

Lol I like both parts! The sweetest parts and the sweetish part. When I cut them I make sure I get some of the white in 🤤

I'm with Chessegobbler, I've been addicted to cherries and watermelon lately but since you don't like watermelon how about some veggies?

I like almost all fruit but it doesn't like me.

Diana i eat veggies with every meal. i just bought fiber 1 bars, im not the biggest fan of fruit. i don't go out of my way to buy it. my kids love watermelon. i always finish their rinds

No watermelon?! Here are some more foods high in fiber, beans, broccoli, oatmeal, carrots, edamame, apples, quest protein bars, mission carb balance tortillas, air popped popcorn ( this has a ton of fiber ). And if all else fails there are a few supplements that add fiber to your diet, but I really wouldn’t go down that path..

Also blackberries. I think it’s the highest fiber foods I’ve eaten!
