Wehh at least I have moved just a bit . Small baby steps is the way for me to go . If I push myself too hard that is when it starts to annoy me. So little , but small steps. I have all the time in the world to work on this.
219.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
