Oh, no!! My weight increased by .6 lbs. 😲 Just kidding....totally OK with this. After a comment on my sandwich post yesterday, I'd expect I should gain like 10 lbs. or so. Didn't happen.

I do want to keep my weight at the lower end of my range. Heading to the beach in less than 3 weeks for our annual Girls Trip. Just my 3 sisters, my daughter & I this year.

Gym today. My hip was bothering me when I got up, but seems to not be as bad after my workout. I try to stretch things out when I exercise. I did the leg press today....skipped it on Wednesday. I also upped the weight on the triceps extension. I'm still on the lower ends of weight after my shoulder/ tendon injury, but working my way up 😊

I turned out the lights earlier last night. Hubby always gets up first, takes the dogs out & feeds them. He usually takes Lucy for a walk, but Teddy, our Yorkie balks & doesn't want to go far. He started putting him on the bed with me when they walk. Teddy has started waking me very insistently when he's ready to get up again. He will bark that he's ready. When I go downstairs, he's ready for me to take him on his short stroll around the yard. Anyway....if I want to get my 8 hours in, I need to make sure I don't stay awake too late reading.

That said, I need to get up to bed if I'm going to get any reading done before lights out. 😴
134.8 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
