It’s all good girl, you have been dealing with a lot, never too late to get motivated and get back on track, you got this!

What changed? Did you stop running or is it some binge eating?

Hey at least you're aware and you know what you gotta do! Don't try to be too down about it, getting to our goals is never a linear path (although I really wish it was 😅) You got this 🤍

You'll be fine... every time I hit a wall I thought it was over. That I couldn't accomplish anymore. I'd take a few days regroup and think about the goals I'm chasing. Then I'd start from there onto the next journey. None of this is a straight line down a road. It's more like a rollercoaster! There's periods of up's and downs. Sometimes there's times it stops and goes in reverse. But ultimately you end up going forward.

Same here. Several times. I am up too. Been weighing in everyday. That seems to stem it..but really this is as focused as my overeating was/ so just a better result rather than giving up... Thanks for your post. I love the support I get here. Honest other who are dealing with the same/

dazey- i take it easy on myself. and i jump back in if i can. restart. if i cant do a hard restart, i just make smaller, better choices. (if you look at my diary yesterday, it was a make better choices day. will try to hard restart today)

I cannot recommend enough podcasts “half size me” and “calorie deficit university”. They talk exactly about “all or nothing” mentality. Answering to Dazey - (if one has eating disorder, it has to be treated with a specialist, which I did on 2016), but after finding out info that you just have to count calories, I don’t have slip ups anymore. I plan weekly for all my social outgoings and have a plan in case if a crisis would strike. I guess if I had to choose a quote which helped me most - “if you don’t see doing this diet for 15-20 years, it is unsustainable and you will crash eventually “. Kaylin - you have accomplished something so huge in this year🥇, good that you’re still here on FS and you will absolutely figure out the best schedule for you 🏆😊❤️

IneseOfficial- thanks for podcast recommendations; i do have binge eating disorder, seeing therapist and dietician, plus utilizing The Glow Approach workbook by Dr Lyn Shroyer for emotional eating.
