Walking daily. Tuesday walked 1.2 miles in 35 minutes, with fewer rest stops. Back is giving me less pain. Gardening daily. Taking pre- and pro-biotics is cutting my appetite, and I am having fewer cravings for sweets.
166.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
