Can't believe it's Thursday and I haven't weighed in or logged food and exercise this week. VERY busy setting up the church Garage sale this Saturday. Moved all my furniture, bought paint, pans and rollers to paint the apartment this week. Have to be done by Friday May 5! Visitors. Busy helps with weightless though, no time to eat!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
