That bites!! I hate it when you don't feel good and then you also question when to get back at your workouts. Hydrate and get some rest!

kaylinrenee feeling a bit more human now than the past 2 days and got some food to stay down. Unfortunately most food Still is completely unappealing and I need to get some protein in but at least I'm getting something in me.
