Good news, but just as I thought. The weight you gain a pound a day you lose a pound a day. My diet has been sporadic, but I've been in pulmonary rehab so exercising more. Also juicing fruits and veggies, plus drinking Skinny Gut shakes, which are supposed to help you normalize your weight through balancing out gut bacteria. I saw a special on PBS, with Brenda Watson, who supposedly is trying to educate people about this subject.

If next week I'm done another three pounds I will be a little more excited. My goal for January is to get below 200 (for the hundredth millionth -- and very last -- time!)
211.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

great job, I bought the Atkins diet book, so am trying to get started with that.

I hear 'ya....I want to get back below 200 and stay there for a change. I'm sick of nothing fitting me, and I'm sick of the aches and pains that come from carrying too much weight. I have aches and pains that are beyond my control, so I need to have some control over the ones I can! Good luck, you're doing a great job!

Just keep saying you are going to do it this time. I am still eating simply and the same thing everyday, until i can figure out what i can add to my diet and stay within 20 carbs. It hasn't been a week yet. I did gain back 23 pounds since last January. My mind is made up to reach my doctors goal.
