Need to be honest about recording what I ate last night. Will eat better today.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 56.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1668 kcal Fat: 74.49g | Prot: 100.58g | Carb: 151.85g.   Breakfast: organic dry coconut, cashews, peach, Fage 2% yogurt, Fage cherry yogurt. Lunch: olive oil, brown bread, cucumber soup, quiche lorraine. Dinner: peanut sauce, pho, pork spring rolls. Snacks/Other: cherry tomatoes, Green & Black's 85%, skinny vanilla latte, Chocolate Coated Vanilla Ice Cream (Light, No Sugar Added). more...
