annnnd GOAL! 🎉 stepped on and off the scale quite a few times, so this time i will go with it. its been about a week since ive stress-binge-snacked. not sure if i want to push down to 110 then 105. for my height i can go below 100 but ... meh.
114.4 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week

Great job! When i get closer, to what i feel is my goal weight, i weigh myself a bit less and go by how I look in the mirror and feel. Your body will continue to change eating at maintenance and exercising. See how it feels, you can always take a few pounds off later on, if you feel it’s necessary. I know from experience losing too much weight gives off an unhealthy appearance while also making you feel crappy. Once again congratulations on hitting your goal and good luck. 👍🏻💪🏻😊

How I see it is, do I still have back fat, a pooch, and do my thighs still touch? I’m only 2 lbs from my ideal weight of 125 (I’m 5’5”), but my thighs still need work, so I’m headed to 115. Most of my life I’ve been thin, so it’s sustainable for me. Sometimes it’s better to have a body goal in mind rather than just a weight picked out randomly.

JustBananas-the weight isnt random. its the weight i was when i graduated high school. maybe 112. ive had 2 c-sections, so while id like to targe that area (and i do) i know it will never be flat because of the residual loose skin. But having a goal weight motivates me. so its never random or without good intent. 🤷‍♀️

Got it. Do you still have any jeans from high school? Maybe set your next goal to 110 and try them on again. Just keep resetting in 5 lb. Increments until the chunkiness goes away and the pants fit 😊

JustBananas - I am sorry but how can you call this person "Chunkiness"? Ridiculous - apply your own standards to yourself. I usually avoid conflict but this one is too much. This lovely person gets to choose what she prefers to her own standards.

Oh, here is the chunky comment. lol I don't say it on here. However, I have been feeling and calling myself a fat f$ck lately. It is hard when you have high standards for yourself. Just remember that there are people who are trying to get your look. So try to avoid being too harsh on yourself, at least on here.

thanks HCB- I lived woth a narcissist for the last 9 years so I'm not used to that. im used to being beat down if I'm already down. 🤷‍♀️ doesnt phase me

TheUnhealthyDaddy, you are right. I'm definitely "petite" and i know some people would kill for that. I think once hes out in 24 days I'll work HEAVILY on the self-love.... thank you guys
