Down to 225.6 after three days of the warrior diet -- fasting until 4 pm. I will continue this except I will have a scoop of protein powder in my coffee in the morning.
225.6 lb Lost so far: 99.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
