Wow I just read my profile saying how I started to get serious in 2018. Well, here it is the beginning of 2023 and still fluctuating. But here is to a better year and to try to live healthier. I know I will not be perfect but as long as I do better and do not drop the ball. I also do not want to consume myself with it. SO here is to being more aware and more intentional.
