kirain 6 hari gak workout naik drastis, rupanya gak nyampe 1/2kg naiknya :))

- Hammer Strength Row
- Hammer Strength Low Row
- Dumbell Shrugs
170.6 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
