I have an appointment on Friday to get my shoulders checked out. The lady that called to set up the appointment called back & apologized profusely, saying my GP had actually wanted me to see a different doctor & hadn't seen it in the report. He wasn't available til Jan. so I said I'd like to keep my original appointment & at least get an assessment. She assured me he was a good Doctor & thought I'd like him. He isn't a surgeon...Doctor my GP recommended is. I hope it doesn't come to surgery but we'll deal with that if it comes to it. The guy I'm seeing specializes in Sports medicine. When I told her I thought I may have injured myself at the Gym. she matched me up with him. Both Doctor's are in the same clinic.

Cleaned the guest room my daughter is sleeping in today after we got back from the Gym & put a bit of Christmas decor in there. I really only had to change the sheets, put away a few things & vacuum. I found the Christmas stuff I bought at the Vintage Market a couple of weeks ago. I'd totally forgotten about it. I put the Santa & Snowman ornaments in the bedroom but I'm trying to decide where to put the sheet music, now that I've already decorated the main areas of the house 🤔

I'm going Christmas shopping tomorrow.

Is this an impingement type of issue? Hopefully it’s no more than tendinitis. I’ve been dealing with it myself since September, I tried to tough it out, but didn’t realize that continuous exercise with an impingement can lead to rotator cuff tear. I just took this time to focus on core and legs. Good luck

Sorry about your shoulders! Hope it's not serious. I decorate the main areas and bathrooms but never have done the bedroom for Christmas and don't have a guestroom... I guess a guestroom would come after the kids move out. In 20 years when my husband is retired and not on third shift, I have big plans for my bedroom. 😄 I don't do very much in there with someone always sleeping. it's rare the bed even gets made. Can't wait to not have windows blacked out.
