by the gods, i rarely have seen anything below 185 in a few yoars now, so im stunned when it pops up, however, my excitement doesnt last since USUALLY i spike right back up to 186 or 187.. Ive noticed that i am beginning to feel more satiated at the end of the day with less food. When i have reached 1800 cal, i was STILL hungry. Now, it is more comfortable! I have more days in a week under 1900 cal then over now and thats a pretty good feeling.
184.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I’ve gone back and fourth from 180 to 185 for several months. 🙃. I have a lot of stress in my life. 🙏🏻

SimpleLoser, usually fruits and vegetables, water/hot herbal tea, keeps me full. However, with binge eating disorder, i used to eat until UNCOMFORTABLY full, so im tuning in to how much ive eaten by my food tracker first!! Then assess my fullness level next because im retraining my brain to what a NORMAL portion size is. Thanks for asking! Emma- i feel you... Balance is hard to achieve when theces always another emergency!!
