A bite here, a bite there - sweets, cakes, all these goodies starting all over for the fattening season. Aglass of wine here and there.

Hunker down time. Not a B, not a L, not a T. .

I think even measured amounts of semi sweet chocolate is setting me off. I will eat no more of that until after I have reached my goal.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
