My "workout" today consisted of vacuuming the Master bedroom, bathroom & our closet. I got down on the floor to clean under the bed & moved bedside tables, the chair & cedar chest to get under them. I wanted to get underneath the shoe racks & lower hanging clothing so I moved them around, too. I ended up rearranging summer shoes & winter shoes to make the winter ones more accessible. I store less worn shoes on an upper shelf in boxes so that involved climbing up & down to put some away. Moving shoes around I even found a stone that had come off of a pair of sandals & fallen into a shoe. 💎👡😁 Lot's of bending, contorting & moving.

I also did 2 loads of laundry.

After that I spent the rest of the afternoon on the sofa reading 📚 til time to feed the dogs & make dinner.
138.6 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I did a ton yesterday in closets, too- but then ate three times the calories I burned. At least stuff is organized. ;)

I REALLY need to do more closet organizing. It's time for season changing & I have a bunch I need to get rid of. I have clothes that might fit but they never get worn. Need to get brutal!
