No biggie. I go up and down every day. As long as I average loss for the last 7 days I don't worry about the little ups I get. My son is back on American soil!!! We get to see him soon. Only 11 more days. So excited. He's off the ship and heading to 5 guys (his favorite meal)

256.0 lb Lost so far: 37.1 lb. Still to go: 141.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
