Really trying now . Got no excuses now I have bought the watch . I am planning on walking everyday with Teddy Bear 🧸 🐻 . We both need yo get our act together . I am hoping for
5000 + per day , that is ok for a start . Break us both in gently.
208.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
