Food is my drug and I fell off the wagon this last month. I have to do better for my health.
272.2 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 137.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You have to reprogram your mind. It's difficult but obviously not impossible. Food is here for us to survive. Once that is your mindset you can do anything you want. You may need help from a professional. Someone you can explain your thoughts with to get you to a better relationship with food. To me it's a choice of right now versus living a full life. You can continue to over eat and indulge in things that are hurting your body. Or you can conquer food/weight/health. You can do this!

i recommend the book by Lyn Shroyer "The Glow Approach" her workbook has helped me tremendously heal emotional eating. i view food and diet in a whole different way. im going thru it a second time!!!

Man I feel the exact same but the best thing about it is that you can always keep going and tomorrow is another day

It happens to me too. Sometimes I expect it (vacations, work travel, illness or surgery recovery). Don't beat yourself up, just get back on track ASAP.
