Diminishing_ME's Journal, 13 June 2022

A very successful week! Went to a BBQ with a lot of burgers and dogs, and I didn't touch it. I brought turkey breast and summer squashes for meals. Stayed strong! And I feel very motivated this week! Let the good days continue!
236.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
