Maintaining and focusing on whole body no weight warm-ups for 10-15 mins then 30-40 mins cardio for now. Focusing and will phase back in hard lifting once I get a little leaner. Happy Hump Day my friends let's slay the rest of this week! 💯🏃‍♀️🔥🥳
134.7 lb Lost so far: 8.3 lb.    Still to go: 4.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Heck yeah way to go Morticia! Sometimes it just goes in phases. 2 weeks off with no movement due to COVID set me back but I did not gain, just lost some fitness.

I love workouts like that. I leave the hard lifting to the younger generation now so I do light and fast circuits instead. Enjoy 😃
