Patriotpaul's Journal, 22 May 2022

Just in the past two weeks my weight has blown up. I thought my exercise and diet were improving. It's very discouraging and to top it off, next week is my 54th B-day and I was hoping to be under 200 by then. I'm discouraged but not abandoned,struck down but not destroyed. I will battle back and continue with the plan and be more rigorous in my accountability. Today I stayed within my 2000 calories but had more sugar and carbs than I should. Tomorrow I'll try skipping lunch and just having breakfast and dinner at my men's group.

Thank you, and the same. I just keep looking at the food diary to see when I've gone off track and what may be the reasons why. (too many carbs or?) Also, putting in the plan for the day then 'tweeking' it as the day goes along. The visual helps to keep on track. I don't know if this might help you, maybe. :-)

I wish my fat would go away. I been going down since 2018. No fat is even sick. But I still keep going.

I have the same problem. I'm drinking more water, but eating too many carbs. I think I'll cut out my snacks.
