When you munch on tortilla chips at midnight chances are your weight may be up the next morning. Late lunch/early dinner....hungry 😐
146.8 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yah I'm there with you...I had late night high fiber cereal (at least it wasn't the sugar cookies staring at me😆)

Company here & a bit off schedule. We're used to eating dinner between 7:30 -8:00. I seldom snack after that. A few adult beverages in & I got the nibbles. 🍷🍷😁

PB is so hard for me to resist. And so high calorie. One little spoonful and bam... it adds up fast.

I often do PB for breakfast on our bagel or English muffin. I always weigh it...don't go over 100 calories...usually less.
