Back to the gym tomorrow! Time to be normal again lol
191.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@HeBrewz Oh I sure did man. Chest and tris this morning. Had a great pump and still managed to increase on weights. Idk how but that's cool, ill take it! I also wasn't fasted on this workout so I am willing to bed that helped (Couldn't sleep so I ate at like 4am lol)
