Haha well Kay I was waiting for my pizza and vodka and knew exactly how much I was gonna eat already 😅 I've been religiously calorie tracking on this app for 1 year now and I'm getting into the swing of what's normal for me to eat/wiggle room. Basically I wanna relax on Fridays so I log early, but the rest of the week I log as I go. Lovin your posts BTW girlfriend! 🤘🤘🤘

Awww Ty JC likewise 🪐💯 yes I’ve use the app for several years calorie counting is awesome 😎 but for some reason you just struck me as so disciplined I had to pop up and congratulate you. I can just imagine myself relaxing with a gin and tonic waiting for my pizza. Logging how much I’m going to eat. I think taking the surprise out of it could really be a game changer for people especially like me. What we lack is the ability to understand we will certainly be allowed to eat again, so we frantically binge. This would really eliminate that.
