so one year ago I decided to get more focused on my health. March 1 2021 I was 372 lbs. a 10 minute walk would of worn me out. today hit the scales at 299.5, yesterday was a 2 mile walk with another 2.8 miles of movement the rest of the day so feeling much better about myself these days...though I've been stuck in the 290's for a while Gurrr. thanks for the support you all
299.5 lb Lost so far: 72.5 lb.    Still to go: 99.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.6 lb a week

Your progress with walking is wonderful. Keep going. I notice some weeks the scale has been slower to catch up to new healthy changes. Hang in there
