15 days, no progress. At 2000 cal I should be dropping. going to up my protein 200g a day, leave my calories the same. I'm lifting 4 days a week, about 2 hrs per session
239.7 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 34.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weight training does weird stuff to my scale. Huge drops huge gains. Your all good.

You may be recomping dropping fat and gaining muscle at similar rates hence the scale stall. How's the mirror and your clothing fitting. That's why I take so many pics not because I'm vain but sometimes the results are subtle and side by side pics show me how things are going.

Nothing is more of a reality check than a picture taken by somebody else, especially when your not aware of it

I get that. But something I had to learn is I'm not competing with anyone else. Just myself. I drive myself nuts trying to look like others.

been there! I finally found out my weekends were what was keeping me from my goals. it's easy to let things slip on weekends but you have to stay super strict in the weightlifting world to break your stalls. every little thing adds up

Increase your calories a bit maybe...at least on days you are lifting two hours.
