It's been 2 months since I last recorded my weight. Unfortunately I have gained 3 kgs, taking my weight from 88 kg to 91 kg. I have stopped the Keto diet, and back into a calorie deficit diet. I am determined to get my weight down to 79 kg, if I am determined to get down to that by eating good food, but less of it. I really want to do more exercise too. I hope other people here can understand and I'll be here to support you too.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Thanks guys! I'm sure you know how I feel. Losing weight is an important thing, esp. for looks and health. I am still not 100% happy with my current diet. I've been doing 30 to 40 mins each day with the inside bike, and some walking. Maybe I should try even harder..
