Returning from vacation in Saint Petersburg on January 19, 2022 - weight increased to 205 Lbs. Starting today, I again, will work on getting my weight down to below 200 Lbs. I want to be 195 Lbs. by end of March 2022.
Strategy for weight loss will be consistently closing my circles on Apple Watch 6. Plus exercising everyday doing cardio and average burning 700 Active Calories daily.
