Hello FS fam!!! So I ended my fast at 42 hours today. I am kicking food back in lightly. Starting off with a "shake" and then maybe an avocado in an hour or so. Then tonight I will get a decent meal in!! Back to OMAD schedule tomorrow!!
210.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
