Not unhappy with weight staying the same. Fluid retention both from taxed muscles and beer. Back on track next week as I have to go back to work. Would love another week off, no such luck. Will continue the yard work after work as there much yet to do, maybe another week with no gym due to outside work. Lazy day today and tomorrow depends on the weather, much needed rain is predicted.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Believe me, that's definitely good! It could be better (losing weight) but it's still definitely within good! :) You're very near your goal weight, it's almost as if you were already there. In no time, possibly, some minor adjustments, you will get there :)

It's usually a bad feeling when vacations are over but that feeling will quickly disappear! Have a great Sunday! :)

Not so worried about a few pounds!! The goal now is more to get fit. Get rid of flabby muscles and increase cardio/lung endurance. Per my doc the clung function should be my focus.

Swimming is one of the best things for your lungs, at least that's what I've grown to think heheh. :) I think the fact that we have to hold our breath for some time, forces the body to improve breathing. :)

Actually thinking about switching to a gym with swimming, just $10.00 a month more. Love to swim. Not sure if I can swim inside, last time I had to quit due to chlorine fumes, but that was a longtime ago. Pool chemicals have changed. Have to go visit in the near future.

That's a great combination! You can do additional exercise on the muscles used by swimming that way, improving your swimming stamina :) Chlorine is definitely a pain! Some pools use UVs to treat water, that's always a plus! :)

Other pools also use salt for water treatment ;)

My daughter is probably switching her pool to salt this year. She is investigating what it entails.

Nodding in agreement... we need more time off. I'll approve yours if you approve mine :-)

That's great Wholefoodnut! It's definitely more healthy than chlorine! A friend of my father (a doctor) uses that in his pool so, assuming he informed himself about it, it should be safe :)
