Brenda.nana's Journal, 16 November 2021

I have to weigh in the morning and I'm dreading it I had some new Green Giant broccoli and cheese sauce and some cauliflower and cheese sauce from Green Giant and I didn't realize how much sodium was in them it was way too much it made my sodium level go over three thousand and that's bad needless to say I will not be eating any more of those I'll be making my own broccoli and cauliflower with cheese I just hope I don't gain because of all that sodium everyone have a blessed evening. 💕

Experienced the same with tasty Lean Cuisine steak portabella w/broccoli...160 cals (good), 18g protein (good), 400mg sodium (not good). Bloated, retained water, feel icky.

Almost all cheese is higher in sodium. A part of the process but in the future, read the labels. Many frozen meals are pretty high in sodium
