Well disappointment hardly covers my feelings today. I've been feeling the cruds this week but still managed to do my minimum weight reps and some walks but scale going in the wrong direction. I've been monitoring food intake more closely lately but I believe sugars in the form of dried fruit are hurting the weight loss progress. I was heading down the past two weeks but need to keep calories under 2k if weight loss is going to happen. I don't want to zoom with my fitness coach today but it's keeping me accountable.
My goals are to track food calories 100% each day, limit sugars, get more walks and weights in and drink more water. As the holidays approach, I need to become more disciplined.
My divorce is almost finalized and so that is a relief. Hoping you all have a great weekend!

It's all trial and error for everyone. There's no one plan one size fits all. Just continue to search for what works for you. We all slip up it happens. Life is complicated so is changing eating habits. Good luck the rest of the way.

Dried fruit is delicious but definitely a potential pitfall. Also, if you are not feeling well, your body is likely inflamed to some extent, which will cause it to retain water. Give it a few days and see if that doesn't whoosh out of you.

Yup, I have a snack drawer of dried medjool dates I can't touch now until treat days or when cravings hit hard. My earliest down fall was homemade salad dressing. I was eating healthy, but still high kcal real food.
