house guest gone, going to fast for 48 hours, clean my fridge and cupboards out and reclaim my plan for well being , eat well , intermittent fasting, meditation and sleep, moderate exercise, fresh air. Return to Peace, contentment and happiness. my plan.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
