Taken Teddy 🧸 💖 to his weigh in . He has managed to gain not loose . So now we both have to work hard together . I am planning on keeping up with the walking . Either with or without him . I am also confident he will carry on with me .
214.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
