You must watch SOME TV, I can get the not letting the TV consume your time, when you have so much more important things to do , like being a Mum. 👍🏻

Jamie, I did my 1h30 strength training instead in the silence … with my headphones.
I don’t even miss tv but positive thing is : I don’t pay for tv licence 😂😂

I actually forgot my set of barbell good mornings .. that’s not acceptable. I will be doing before lunch 🤣
Those dudes keep threatening me. I ignore until they send a letter saying I can be fined 1k. 🥲🥲🥲

That is unacceptable, Get them done ! , I got halfway to the gym this morning in the pouring rain and realised I’d forgotten my boxing gloves that was by the door, so had to skip boxing today 🥊

No Paula !! I did a 70 minute run at the gym, did Some chin ups, then just wasn’t feeling doing weights today, So ran home from the gym in the pouring rain (10 min run)

70 mins running every day must burn lots of calories! I got soaked in the rain this morning so came home after a 40 minute run. I quite like running in the rain, but my dog/running buddy was looking really miserable.

Paula- I was annoyed at myself for forgetting the gloves, as we all know, once we’ve planned a workout, if we don’t do it, it’s like we’re cheating 🤣🤣
