The meal was great…just weird I keep losing weight. Searching for maintenance calories. Went up to almost 2600 yesterday.

600 kcal for a meal in your condition is not a lot. Not surprised that you are losing weight. You may have to post your questions to others using weight training for your concerns. You are now a fat burning machine. Other than that, how do you feel energy wise?
